It’s LinkedIn again, increasing its value prop with this newly released feature last week. We’re beginning to care about the folks whodon’tapply. Providing tools to help companies better understand the near misses is smart. Love to hear feedback on folks who’ve trialled this. COOL TOOL

Filtering by ‘connections of’ will provide users with much greater granularity on the results they see – should improve relevancy, promote better outreach and ultimately improve user experience.
